Hola! My name is Sofia Mendoza, I'm a bilingual licensed clinical social worker in Los Angeles, California. I've treated children, adolescents, and adults for a variety of mental health issues from depression, to anxiety and trauma since 2009. Since 2016, I've specialized in working with First Generation Professionals in the Helping Industries to mitigate symptoms of burnout. A large part of my work focuses on helping the helpers so that they can continue to do their life’s work of being of service to others.
